A classic spot in the mountains

The Andes Hotel is my favorite place to eat an socialize when im playing in the catskills. The tavern is comfortable and relaxing, sort of a rustic sportsy thing going on. The beer list is the best in the area, the pub grub is great, the best burgers between here and the corner bistro and the wings are awesome. They have ten draft lines that seem to change very regularly. In the summer the porch is the place to be, rocking chairs by th tavern for sipping on a nice heffeweisse and tables by the dinning room for sitting down to eat. The menu is very creative and changes regularly. The owners are always around, in the kitchen and in the dinning room so everythiung is consistently good. Sometimes when it gets really busy you might wait a bit but that is to be exptected. If your on route 28 in the catskills youve got to stop at the Andes Hotel, its a gem
